Yes! Families with multiple children enrolled receive a 5% discount on the oldest child's tuition. Contact us for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfers. Tuition is billed monthly on the 1st and due by the 5th of each month.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, there's a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $500 per child to secure your spot and cover administrative costs.

Do you charge for holidays when you're closed?

Tuition is an annual amount divided into 12 equal monthly payments, so closures are already factored in. No additional charges for holiday weeks.

What's your sick day policy?

Children with fever, contagious illnesses, or vomiting/diarrhea must stay home. We don't prorate tuition for sick days, as teachers' salaries remain constant.

Do you accept subsidies or assistance programs?

Contact us to discuss payment plans or assistance options.

What's your withdrawal policy?

We require 60 days written notice for withdrawal. Registration fees are non-refundable. Contact us if you need to discuss circumstances.

All programs are offered on 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day schedules. Pricing varies by age group and schedule. Both locations have the same tuition structure.

Enrichment Programs

Weekly Spanish instruction from Rise Education and weekly Music class from Chicago Mini Musicians included in tuition.

Family Events

Quarterly community events—Halloween party, art gallery, family park gatherings.

Health & Safety

CPR-certified teachers, check in and out via the Tadpoles app, rigorous cleaning protocols.

How to Enroll

1 Schedule a Tour

Visit either or both locations. Meet teachers, see classrooms, ask questions about tuition and availability.

2 Submit Inquiry Form

If we feel like the right fit, complete our enrollment application. You'll be placed on the appropriate waiting list and we will confirm your spot with an email or phone call. Typically about 6 weeks prior to your start date.

3 Registration & Security Deposit

Pay registration fee (one-time, non-refundable) and security deposit to secure your spot. We'll send enrollment paperwork and welcome packet.

4 Complete Paperwork

Submit health forms, emergency contacts, and DCFS-required documentation. Schedule a parent orientation.

5 Welcome to the Family

Meet your child's teachers, receive Tadpoles login, and join our parent community. Your For Your Child journey begins!
